in beautiful Manitou Springs the weekend of June 27-29, 2025 for an immersive weekend of Kaiut Yoga, delicious organic food and creating new (and nurturing old) friendships.
There is something absolutely magical about retreats. When we step outside of our busy lives and carve out time for ourselves in this way, we truly allow the self-care to happen and it seeps in to every aspect of our lives.
Over this long weekend you’ll have plenty of time to unplug and nourish in self-care. We’ll be exploring the Kaiut Yoga method through numerous guided practices, and feasting on delicious organic food prepared by our own private chef. We’ve also carved out plenty of free time for you to explore all that Manitou Springs has to offer. You might soak in the healing mineral springs at the famous SunWellness spa, shop downtown, indulge in a spa service* or just simply relax in the retreat grounds. There are also a few fabulous farmers markets nearby that are great to visit!
Although only a weekend, you will leave refreshed and renewed, feeling fully embodied in yourself and immersed in your practice. Your body, your nervous system and your soul will thank you. Plus, you just might meet some awesome new friends:)
Pricing:
Pricing includes 2 nights lodging, all meals- deliciously prepared by our own private chef, all yoga classes and use of the retreat of the retreat center grounds (hot tub, snacks, tea/coffee service, etc):
Shared Quad: $795 (per person)
Shared Triple: $945 (per person)
Shared double: $995 (per person)
Single Room: $1195 (if available)
